Prior to my visit with Dr. Carpenter, I read the reviews and I will say - the standard was upheld. I was very impressed with the service and his thoroughness. I have had 2 visits at TOA and the services have been exceptional. I have the option to receive the same medical service with no copay. However, it wasn’t and wouldn’t be as exceptional as with TOA. Therefore, I would rather pay the copay and receive awesome service under an hour & 1/2, than awful service at no charge for 3 or more hours. Thank you TOA for the standard your office has set.
